# Welcome to Roivenue

Roivenue is a multi-touch attribution platform. It connects your advertising platforms, web data and transaction data, and shows how much each channel, campaign and touchpoint really contributes to your conversions, revenue and profit.
This documentation helps you set Roivenue up, understand how attribution works, and use the app in your daily work.

2. How do I contact the Roivenue team?
Send a request through the [Roivenue Help Center](https://docs.roivenue.com/roivenue-resources/roivenue-help-center) or email . During implementation, you can also contact your Client Success Manager directly.
3. Where do I find the guide for a specific advertising platform?
Guides for individual platforms are in [Connectors](https://docs.roivenue.com/roivenue-resources/roivenue-connectors/connectors-overview). Each guide explains how to connect the platform and what data the connector downloads.
4. A page in the app looks different from the documentation. What should I do?
The app changes over time and some pages can be updated with a delay. Let us know through the [Roivenue Help Center](https://docs.roivenue.com/roivenue-resources/roivenue-help-center) and include the page name and what is different.
5. Why are my numbers different from Google Analytics or the advertising platforms?
Each tool attributes conversions in its own way. Roivenue works with the whole customer journey across channels, while platforms usually report only their own touchpoints.
