Sharing Acesses

This is an overview of how to share accesses with Roivenue Customer Success Team so we can integrate with your platforms. The email where to share the accesses is provided separately.

The table below provides info on how to share access for different platforms. Here is an explanation of the sharing methods:

• Share to Roivenue email - Roivenue will provide an email where to share the account access. This sharing is usually done within the platform settings

• Share to Business Manager - Roivenue has their Business Manager on Facebook. You share your ad accounts with us by inviting our Business Manager to your ad account

• API Key/Shop ID and API Key - Some platforms needs you to generate a special key which is then used everytime Roivenue downloads data from that platform. This can be generated in the platform.

Sharing Access To Other Platforms - Some platforms do not offer any sharing options to multiple users and providing credentials is the only option. In such case, it is also possible that we will guide you on the call how to create a connector yourself.
