Our team then sets up the connectors on your behalf. *** ### Why share access with Roivenue? You add Roivenue to your ad accounts, and our team sets up the connectors for you. The main advantage is easier troubleshooting. When data gaps or connector issues arise, our team can diagnose the problem directly in your account without going through you first. This speeds up resolution significantly. *** ### How to share access 1. Find your platform in the table below and check the **Sharing method**, **Required access level**, and **Additional requirements**. 2. Ask your Client Success Manager (CSM) for the Roivenue email address. It varies by platform. 3. Grant the access in the platform according to the sharing method. 4. Complete any additional requirements, for example allowlisting incoming API calls. 5. Let your CSM know that the access is ready. Sharing methods in the table: * **Roivenue email:** add the address as a user with the required access level. * **Business Manager invite:** invite Roivenue as a partner in Meta Business Manager. * **Partner permissions:** add Roivenue as a partner in the platform. * **API Key**, **Shop ID + API Key**, or **Report URI:** generate the value in the platform and send it to your CSM. {% hint style="warning" %} **Always notify us after sharing.** Roivenue receives a high volume of access requests across all client accounts. Without a heads-up from you, your request may go unnoticed and delay your implementation. {% endhint %} *** ### Platform access levels The table covers platforms for which Roivenue has frontend connectors, which can be set up directly in the Roivenue interface. It is not a complete list of all platforms Roivenue can connect to. If you don't see a platform you use, contact your CSM. We may have a backend connector for it, or we can explore other ways to bring the data in. Roivenue only reads data from your accounts.
