Setting up the connector

Add a Biano connector in Roivenue and sign in with the username and password of your Biano account. You also choose which country's site to read.

The recommended template brings back cost and clicks only. Impressions, conversions and conversion value are all set to zero, because the summary report Biano exposes does not include them. Biano rows therefore support cost and traffic reporting but not return on spend.

The job reprocesses the last three days on every run.

Adding one means editing the connector in the Advanced Editor, which stops that connector receiving template updates.

How far back the data goes

The connector will request up to three years of history. How much arrives depends on what the platform holds for the account.

Troubleshooting

Conversions and revenue are zero

The template reads Biano's summary report, which carries cost and clicks only. Attribute Biano on spend and traffic, and take conversions from your order data.
