# Bookmarks

Bookmarks save a page exactly as you see it, including filters and date range, so you can open the same view again with one click.

You often come back to the same view: one channel, one market, the last 30 days. A bookmark saves the page exactly as you see it, including the attribution model, filters, and date range. Next time, you open the view with one click instead of setting it up again.

Use bookmarks when you want to:

* Return to a view you check regularly, for example weekly performance of one channel.
* Keep a snapshot of data before you refresh the page with the latest data.
* Organize your views in folders, for example by market or by team.

Bookmarks are personal. Each user has their own bookmarks in each account, and other users don't see them. To share a view with a colleague, use **Share** on the page instead. It copies a link to the current view.

### How to save a bookmark

1. Set up the page the way you want it: attribution model, date range, filters, and other settings.
2. Click **Save** in the top right corner of the page.
3. Choose **Save As Bookmark**.
4. Enter the **Bookmark Name**.
5. In **Bookmark Location**, keep **Not in a folder**, choose an existing folder, or create a new one with **Create Folder**.
6. Click **Save**.

The bookmark appears in the left navigation.

**Save As Bookmark or Save As Default?** **Save As Bookmark** saves the page exactly as you see it, including filters and date range. **Save As Default** saves only your page setup as the default view of the page. Filters and date range are not saved.

### How to manage bookmarks

Click **Bookmark Manager** at the top of the left navigation. The **Bookmarks Manager** panel opens next to it. There you can:

* Create a folder with **Create Folder**.
* Rename a bookmark or a folder, or move a bookmark to another folder.
* Drag bookmarks and folders to change their order.
* Delete a bookmark or a folder.

You can have up to 5 items at the top level, meaning bookmarks outside folders plus folders. To keep more bookmarks, put them into folders.

**Deleting a folder deletes all bookmarks in it.** Move the bookmarks you want to keep to another folder first.

### Bookmarks of table reports

When you bookmark a table report, the bookmark saves only the attribution model, date picker, and Filter Panel. The table settings stay linked to the original report. Any change to the report also changes the bookmark, and any change made in the bookmark also changes the report.

A bookmark saves the date range as you set it. A relative range, such as the last 13 weeks, moves with time, so you always see recent data. A fixed range always shows the same period.

Yes. When the page offers newer data, save the current view as a bookmark before you click **Refresh**. You can return to it at any time.
