Starting with ROIVENUE™ is very quick and easy. There are a few important steps to do to ensure perfect experience. Entire implementation process is guided by your ROIVENUE Account Manager and the Implementation team.

The process consists of creating your account, , setting up connectors and the .

To make the implementation smooth, there is going to be a kick-off call where we discuss all of the steps, timing and who will be responsible for each step.

  • Deal signed by ROIVENUE Sales Representative

  • First Implementation Call - the timeline of the implementation is discussed as well as all the requirements.

  • Ad Data Integration: Once you share access to your platforms, we start the download and processing of all the ad data including costs, impressions and clicks.

  • Model Setup Call: This is a call once the data is already in Roivenue. Our implementation specialists will explain how the model can be tailored to your business and adjust it based on your requirements.

  • Data Validation - Our team validates the downloaded data and once this check is complete it is up to you to check if everything is correct and if the correct number of visits & conversions is tracked.

Data-Driven Attribution Calculation

To calculate attribution correctly, Roivenue Measurement needs to be implemented for at least couple of days. The period needed for the model to be accurate will differ based on the type of your business and the length of your sales cycle. The average period is about 2 weeks.

Transaction Feed (Optional)

The implementation of the transaction feed is key in order to see the last part of your marketing funnel - delivered/canceled orders and profit. It also allows for CLV analysis and similar

ROIVENUE™ Training Program

The training program will begin after the technical implementation. It consists of a series of 8 workshops that will teach you how to use ROIVENUE™ and get the most out of its features.

After the training course is finished, your Account Manager will continue to act as your primary point of contact.

Roivenue Measurement Implementation - Your team will need to to your website to start tracking events.

Training - The last step is to show you how to use Roivenue. You can start by checking the materials in this documentation. During the sessions we are going to focus mainly on your business use cases.
